Jessica Cabrera was born and raised in Miami, Fl. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Cabrera worked as a paralegal for a
maritime law firm and was the property manager for an investment company.
Mrs. Cabrera practices in the areas of real estate; corporation formation and landlord -tenant law. Her legal practice has solely been based on real estate from handling foreclosures to REO sales, title curative and management of properties for investors. This has enabled her to have a better understanding of the legal aspects concerning the residential and commercial Florida real estate market, allowing her to provide the best all-around service to her clients.
She is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the Courts of this state and the Southern, Middle and Northern U.S. District Courts. Mrs. Cabrera is also a licensed real estate broker, which has enabled her to have a better understanding of the legal aspects concerning the residential and commercial Florida real estate market.
KRISTAL RICHARDSON
Marketing Director
Born and raised in the Midwest, Kristal Richardson has called South Florida her home for over 20 years. She moved to the sunshine state to pursue a career and complete her graduate school program. In 1998, Kristal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Marketing and Communications from the prestigious liberal arts school, Hillsdale College in Michigan. During her studies at Hillsdale College, Kristal spent a semester abroad at Regent’s College in London with a specialized focus in Global Marketing.
After graduation, Kristal accepted a job in Miami, Florida as a Claims Representative with State Farm Insurance. Her time at State Farm Insurance prepared her for her next endeavor of completing an intense year long International MBA program at Florida International University. Through this program
she was given the opportunity to study abroad once again in Rome, Italy.
Kristal’s career path after graduate school lead her into the sales field where she was able to utilize her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Kristal spent time as an International Sales Representative for United Parcel Services (UPS) and later moved on to become a Regional Account Representative for Coria
Pharmaceuticals in their dermatologic sector. Before starting her family with her husband of 13 years, Tom Richardson, Kristal and Tom created and grew two nutritional supplement companies. Tom and Kristal continue to create start up businesses and enjoy their time as a family with daughters, Leah (6), Alyssa (3) and their 9-year-old four-legged son, Boogie (chocolate lab).

Ingrid G. Thomas received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University and received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. She specializes in real estate law including residential, commercial and landlord tenant matters, including title examination, title insurance and closings; the review and preparation of legal documentation, deeds, leases, contracts and other documents.
